Hired Attorney James Blendell

I had this law firm do a closing on a 3 unit rental property I owned in Troy. Jim Blendell was the lawyer. The closing date was 7/6/17. The loan didn't actually get paid off until 7/20/17! Whoever was in charge of writing out the pay off check, wrote in "aurora bank" instead of the correct "nationstar bank". Our lawyer who we paid almost $500 for a few hours "work", didn't bother looking over the check and it was sent in error to our bank. The bank sent it back and then 2 full weeks later (after

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
