I had been a timeshare owner for about 15 years. I recently attended an "owners update" meeting that was all about selling me more points to address issues arising from a recent buyout of the timeshare company (pretty typical meeting agenda). I left the "update" feeling I was at a huge disadvantage and decided to seek legal advice. I left an email with the O'Grady team the same day, and I got a call the very next day. Not only did I immediately cancel the sale, I found out through the conversation with the O'Grady lawyer that I could transition out of timeshare ownership completely at minimal cost to me.
