Overall, I was pleased with my attorneys, and all members of the staff. However, I do feel that because I was unemployed and uninsured, at the time of the accident, that my medical treatment was handled in such a way to appease the jury (if and when we went to trial). Hindsight being 20/20, I wish my doctors had made different decisions; however, the attorneys and doctors all work together for the "betterment" of the case.
Mr. Greene arbitrator a lawsuit I as plaintiff has on defendant. The defendant beat to an inch of my life over a ride rage incident in my neighborhood. The burden of proof was on me and his main reasoning was a step into the property where defendant lives but doesn't pay rent or is not a relative. sO am 70 years old and the defendant was 58. Despite this I did tell at him exercising my first amendment right to free speech! Bare in mind there was no harassment as by by the law that constitutes threating someone which I didn't do. After the police and I was transported to hospital the defendant was quoted by the police as saying he " punched me twice after throwing me to ground. " It was established from pictures as well ER doctors report that this was a brutal assault. Mr. Greene failed to acknowage that the defendant changed his story three times from police report, discovery as well as arbitration which was held only by phone as he said"" " I am old sxhool". DON'T USE THIS LAWYER!
