I honestly wish I had read the signs before hiring Thomas. From the moment we had our first consultation, I had doubts—but I was in pain, desperate, and thought any lawyer was better than none. I was so wrong. Communication? Nonexistent. I had to chase their office down for weeks to get updates, only to be told they “lost my paperwork” more than once. Every time I called, it felt like I was bothering them. I get that lawyers are busy, but this was just pure negligence. As for the actual case? A complete disaster. They promised they’d fight hard for me. What I got was a settlement that barely covered my ER bill. They didn’t explain the process, they didn’t prepare me for mediation, and I honestly think they were more interested in getting a quick payout than actually helping me recover what I deserved. To top it off, they took their fee without even breaking down where the money went. Sketchy and unprofessional from start to finish.
