This lawyer will take your money and then withdraw himself from your case without doing what he claimed he would do. He is very condescending toward his clients and acts like it's a problem for them to ask questions about their cases. He also drops his clients when he realizes that he has messed up. Frank Toti is the reason why people hate lawyers. Please research this guy before you make the mistake of hiring him.

This correspondence pertains to legal action stemming from a police report filed in relation to custody cases. The report alleges that your actions (cyberstalking, gossip/ heresy, and signing legal documents) pertaining to Tina Rohmiller’s livelihood behind her back on her behalf enabled Ian Akeson to commit felony child abuse against his X in the presence of X and X. Formal legal proceedings have been initiated, and you are named as a party involved.

Frank is unethical and unprofessional. He wasted 6 months on my case. Constantly threatening to drop me as a client, if I questioned anything. When I had a question, my emails would go unanswered for 4-6 weeks at a time
