Paddy was incredible. My family was extremely stressed as we had prior paid a company thousands to get out before but they were not a law firm. Not only did Federal Financial get me out of my timeshare but ALSO got me out of the full amount I owed on the purchase along with the ridiculous interest rate they were charging us and they are working to get me my money back from the other company! Thank you Paddy and company!
Absolute terrible service. This man has several law groups in different states. I can't find any accredited by the BBB. I contracted to get rid of my timeshare in 2018. Since they received my money (big mistake, never pay upfront) they've ghosted me. All calls to their contact numbers go to voicemail. They say they will contact you but never do they. In the beginning they shuffled me around to several points of contact. They tried everything to say I had not submitted paperwork. I informed them I sent it directly to Deighan. All of a sudden they found it! They have changed their corporate name numerous times and list their company(ies) under different purposes. My opinion, anything listed under his law groups are fraudulent. I am in the process of contacting the Attorney Generals in Florida and Nevada. Buyer Beware!
I have contracted this company for almost two years now to assist me with a timeshare. They have switched staff so frequently your case constantly slips through the cracks so you have to call constantly to stay relevant. When you do call, you get VM, if you get someone you are in danger of getting disrespected by the receptionist and still no contact from a paralegal or anyone who can actually tell you about your case. You will have to provide them with the same information over and over again. So now in addition to the timeshare you are now paying for another useless unhelpful service. STAY CLEAR of this law office. You will receive no compassion, they are not profession, they are not organized, they are not responsive.
