We would not recommend using Stephen M. Dixon as your lawyer. Mr. Dixon needed to prepare and re-file an amended complaint in our case since he filed initially with an incorrect Entity name for the complaint. He charged us for his mistake and was not willing to re-imburse us (not even partially) for the re-filing and re-filing fee. Also, Mr. Dixon wanted us to sign a Stipulation for Settlement document that he had already reviewed that was missing a page. We wanted to have the ‘missing page’ to review prior to signature. He refused to pursue the documents originating company for this omission and we needed to follow-up ourselves to obtain the ‘missing page’. The list goes on and on…… Again, we would not recommend this attorney to anyone.
