Shannon L. Evans is a seasoned legal professional offering transactional services and consultations in Nevada and California, complemented by her LL.M. in Taxation. Graduating with a BA in Business and Economics from the University of Santa Barbara in 1983 and earning her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego Law School in 1986, Shannon further solidified her legal skills with an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego in 1996.
