Before my mother, who was mentally incapacitated, died in 2018, she gifted the family home to her handyman with Attorney Sean Tanko's help. It has been a nightmare ever since. Fast forward to July 2025. Due to what I believe to be a malicious, intentional breach of fiduciary duties, I was forced to hire two attorneys to support my claims against Sean Tanko. It's been almost SEVEN YEARS, and Sean Tanko maintains possession of the Norrington Trust inheritance totaling over a quarter of a million dollars. Currently, Mr. Tanko has refused to comply with a Court Order to respond by July 1, 2025, to Civil Complaint A-23-879462-C. This is another example of his intentional maliciousness stall tactics, which continue to be displayed, apparently without consequence.
