When I needed a lawyer in Nevada (I live in Maine), it was unnerving and frustrating. Working with Mike was an excellent choice. We had to deal with an incredibly difficult opposing council for a business buyout (business partner split) and they were trying everything they could to make this an incredibly difficult process. In many ways, you could say they were trying everything they could to shut our doors if they could no longer be part of it. We then hired Mike and immediately the tone changed. He didn't allow us to get walked on any longer. He was very stern in his asks and was able to immediately sniff out their BS in their asks. It's very obvious this wasn't his first rodeo. He knew what we needed to ask for and when they weren't working with us, he knew how to press them to get the answer we wanted. Mike saved our business. He's the reason i'm able to type this right now. We hired Mike on our team and now he's someone we know we can lean on when we need. Very thankful we ran into Mike.
