Hired Attorney

Sara Dayani demonstrated herself to be a nontransparent and inconsiderate clerk of the court and, now that she's running for judgeship, I highly recommend that you DO NOT vote for this person. We basically petitioned her and asked for a fee waiver for an uncontested divorce and she denied it even though it was clear that both the husband and wife couldn't afford the filing fee, she misread the figures on the application, raised objections that went outside the scope of the application and her subsequent response was just as uncaring and aloof in spite of this. We do not need elected officials who wish to be flagrantly nontransparent, make careless mistakes without correcting themselves or being non-accountable to the needs of their public constituency who clearly have an eligibility for services that this person just wants to deny based on nothing more than her own accord. Uncaring and unsympathetic are the only two descriptions I'm left with.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
