I wasn't so sure of Bob when i first met him. He has a very low profile firm and office. He is very smart and knows which battles to pick. He is representing me in a Federal suit. I have used many attorneys in the past and none of them knew the details of the case as well as Bob does in this case. His pleadings are amazing and he has been right on every prediction he has made. I am really glad he is on my side.
Mr. Robert Spretnak should be avoided at all costs. He accepted my retainer for two NLRB and two EEOC complaints. After the NLRB complaints were denied, Mr. Spretnak claimed that there was “nothing else” he could do, that I just had to “wait” for the EEOC! I informed him that the investigation by the NLRB was improper and the labor union and employer involved in my complaints lied-that based on these things, the complaints should not have been denied. I informed Mr. Spretnak that he needed to file a complaint with the Inspector General. After going back and forth, he FINALLY filed a complaint with the IG-but for only ONE case. He NEVER filed a complaint for the other NLRB Case; despite being asked to do so several times. I filed the appeal/complaint with the IG ON MY OWN! No thanks to Mr. Spretnak! I have not heard a word from Mr. Spretnaks since November 2018! Even though my cases are still OPEN! Stay far away from him. He is incredibly LAZY and UNRELIABLE.
