About Richard S. Johnson

Prior to exclusively representing injury victims, I spent 12 years defending car accidents, slip/trip and falls, insurance claims, medical malpractice and other complex litigation matters. I was staff counsel for an insurance company for 3 of those 12 years.My prior work as an insurance defense attorney gives me tremendous insight into accident/injury cases and a distinct advantage in dealing with insurance companies and their attorneys.

Hired Attorney Richard S. Johnson

Outstanding in every way! I have had the opportunity to work with Richard Johnson on a legal matter. He handled every detail from start to finish in an impeccable, forthright and professional manner, resulting in favorable settlements. Richards strong suits are numerous, but among those at the top of the list are strategic thinking and five star communication skills. His head is ALWAYS in the game, even if mine is spinning. I don’t know what the other person said but I found that to not be true. He really did care and went above and beyond

Hired Attorney Richard S. Johnson

Richard is a crook. He is trying to rob my wife of $1800 for doing nothing. She asked him how her case was coming along by certified mail and he sent her a letter back saying he is no longer our attorney and to seek a new lawyer. Now he has the nerve to want $1800 for doing absolutely nothing. He's an aweful attorney. Beware!!!
