Reynolds & Associates is a law firm established in 1976 with an office in Las Vegas, NV. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing commercial law, probate, estate planning and 30 other areas of law.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with not only the senior partner, Ronald H. Reynolds, Esq., but with his staff, as well. He is a truly knowledgeable and strategic attorney, an advocate for my situation from the start, and was very honest and informative about the pros and cons of my potential case. Mr. Reynolds' staff was so professional, courteous and extremely helpful. As I am not one to take the first "diagnosis", I did a bit of shopping with a couple of other attorneys, prior to my appt.
I used Reynolds & Associates to help me set up a PLLC. Amazingly, all the other lawyers I know recommended that I set up a professional corporation for my sole proprietorship. However, Mr. Reynolds suggested that I look into a PLLC, which is a new entity in NV. After reviewing the differences with me (he was very knowledgeable), I realized that a PLLC was the better option for me. I'm grateful that he is so up-to-date and was able to present that option to me.
