Hired Law Firm

I went to see Taylor Randolph for a loan modification I had just become disabled and had no income. He asked how much I had left on my credit card,$4,000, which he took. He sent 1 letter to BofA regarding loan modification. BofA told him if I had no income I wouldn't even be considered for modification. That's it. He knew before he took my money that I would not qualify. I have asked him for refund since he did nothing but he refuses. He had a lawyer tell me that he would sue me if I pursued.

Hired Attorney Taylor L. Randolph

I retained Mr.Randolph for taxation. Back taxes and a lien. This was a 3 year process, in which his law office had a tremendous amount of turn over. I was constantly speaking with someone different and most of the time they were not up to speed on my case. While he was negotiating on my behalf, I was still accruing late and penalty fees, which I was not made aware of. And after having my bank accounts seized and my tax returns garnished, I ended up owing more than when I started. Unprofessional
