Hired Attorney

Eric Roy handled my case for 2 yrs 8 months before giving it to Ladah Law. Eric and Ramzy agreed to split attorney fees. Attorney cost is another matter. Eric Roy is getting $50,541.01 in attorney cost. No problem. Out of a $200,000.00, settlement after Medicare takes their $42,245.95, my brother’s estate will receive $27,913.00. Then probate will take their share out of that leaving about $17,000.00. NOW HERE IS THE CLINCHER, $51,217.67 IN ATTORNEYS COST to Ladah! HE HAS HAD THE CASE FOR 7 MONTHS! I reviewed his cost sheet. Jacqueline Clancy Consulting, receives $1,925, $5,000, and, June 19, 2023 $10,500.00. I researched Jacqueline Clancy. I called her to find out what did she did to receive $17,425.00, she refused to talk to me. Malear Legal Nurse Consulting – $500, $1850.00, and $1650.00. CenterPoint Consulting-$500.00, and $1450.00, Parks Place Legal Nurse Consulting – $1,937.50. This is just some of the cost he claims to have put out. I never seen one bill, invoice or receipt.
