R.D. Johnson Law Offices, LLC (aka: RDJ LAW) is headed by Robert D. Johnson. For many years, Mr. Johnson’s primary focus has been in the areas of Trusts, Personal and Business Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning, Business and Real Estate transactions. During his many years of practicing law, Mr. Johnson has established numerous Estate & Asset Protection plans, he has formed and advised numerous Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and other business entities and has successfully navigated through numerous business and real estate transactions. Mr. Johnson’s vast range of experiences have served to shape him into an experienced attorney with a unique ability to analyze situations, to foresee potential issues and problems and to carefully plan to provide the most protective and advantageous estate plans, asset protection plans and business transactions for his clients. For many years, RDJ LAW has not spent any efforts on advertising, as our clients come primarily from referrals from our many satisfied clients. RDJ LAW strives to provide premier and careful planning and transactional services at a fair, honest and reasonable price.

Robert Johnson definitely has to be one of the top asset protection attorneys I have met! after getting consultations from over 6 other firms,Robert was the first one to help me actually protect my assets the best way possible for my situation. He is beyond knowledgeable to the point where other attorneys I have asked questions would always tell me they would have to get back to me with that Answer. Goes to show how he really takes the time to think and write down his plan of attack on the whiteboard that he takes the most well thought time to give you when going in for your consultation. Lastly when taking Trust to other attorneys to show them what I’ve done to protect my assets against pending lawsuits. They are always amazed when looking at his work and reviewing his work, which goes to tell you I definitely found the best attorney for this job in Las Vegas Thank you Rob, for all your wonderful help and the VIP treatment you & staff have given me! If you want a fair and honest lawyer who will treat you with the most respect, attention and care, then Robert is the lawyer you should go. Robert answered all my questions and worked with all my legal needs. Always answered the phone when I needed, always answered emails, always answered any questions I had. Robert explained in much detailed all of the legal issues without money or time pressure. He gave me a price at the beginning and he honored it no matter how many questions I had. Robert is extremely knowledgeable, genuine, smart and honest. Hard to fine honest lawyers and CPAs nowadays and this is the reason I’m taking the time to spread the word. His prices are fantastic and he will honor them. I already mentioned this above but I cannot emphasize how important this is when it comes on lawyers and CPAs. His work is Superb. I had bankers and trading brokers asking me for his business card after they saw how well written the trusts were (and mine were not simple either).

Attorney Robert Johnson he is not just a very knowledgeable, he is also very compassionate. He would listening to you, explaining a complicated legal matter to you in a simplest, clearest way possible, to make you feel worry less. .Robert he is never too busy for you when you needed help. He would even squeeze his personal lunch time, or a Saturday morning meeting you to discuss your case if your situation needed. He also going out of his way to refer someone to you if he sees you need more specific help. And, Robert has a great memory about you and your case because he cares. Once you find him, you would feel that you found a professional friend who you can trust, rely on and for a long term.
