In Las Vegas, Nevada, if you get three DUI's it is mandatory for a prison sentence of 12 to 36 months. However, Peter reduced the third DUI to a possession of drugs not to be introduced into interstate commerce (misdemeanor). To top it off, the fine was minimal and I did not have to go to any court appointed classes or programs.
