Hired Attorney David Mincin

Dave has represented me in a corporate Chapter 11 as well as a handful of other corporate matters and has done an excellent job of both explaining my options and potential outcomes, but ultimately when we did choose a path the outcome was the same as explained much earlier. Having a lawyer that gives your options and potential outcomes accurately and without false expectations in and of itself has a huge value when making decisions that affect your livelihood. I'd recommend Dave with 5 stars.

 
Legal Malpractice

Hired Law Firm

After speaking with him on the phone in details about my case, he agreed my lawyer committed malpractice, by review the court records of the judge. It was egregious. The whole time I thought my lawyer was working on my case she ignored every deadline and filing. She was the proximate cause of my case being dismissed, and I had proof it was willful. Knowing this, he told me to send him my medical records of the original case, because it would be a duel case. I did this promptly spending hours upl
