I felt the price was a bit high, however it was my first experience in hiring a lawyer. He was very helpful and seemed genuine in his concern for our situation.
The divorce was simple, yet took years for him to complete. It just wasn't priority on his calendar. He was amiable enough, but very bad at communicating the status of things. I was very frustrated that it took so long to go to trial. I wasn't notified when it was finally recorded either. Found out by searching the county records months later. Didn't get a copy of the divorce papers mailed to me.
