Marcus was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Maryland. He gradated from Tulane University Law School in 2001 with a double major in Finance and Information Systems. In 2005, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School. Marcus moved to Las Vegas in 2006 and began practicing Insurance Defense Law, Corporate Law and Intellectual Property for three years prior to joining one of the premier personal injury law firms in Las Vegas to assist injured victims. Marcus currently focuses his practice on automobile accidents and slip and fall cases as well as worker's compensation claims. He is admitted to practice in the Federal Districts of Nevada and Colorado. Marcus is a member of the Nevada and Clark County Bar Associations, the Nevada Justice Association and the American Justice Association. Marcus has successfully obtained 3 Plaintiff verdicts at trial over the last year and he has never lost at trial.
