To start this was the most difficult situation i have ever been involved in. I have been in law enforcement for 24 years and dealt with high crime shootings, also was deployed in the US Army for 4.5 yrs. I retained the services of Mr. Saggese a couple years ago to handle a simple traffic citation. After not hearing anything back I figured all was handled as discussed in his office. A couple years later I received notice from the court stating there is a bench warrant out for my arrest. Tried calling, emailing, and sending a letter to Mr. Saggese. No response at all. Finally got a heated phone call yelling & screaming that if I try to contact him again he will place a restraining order on me!
