He was arrogant and did not explain things fully. Had he explained "why" we should not sign a re-affirmation on our home instead of telling us it was just stupid to keep it, we might have rethought filing bankruptcy at the time. Now, because we were not aware of the consequences of a re-affirmation we are having issues with the bank. {para}Furthermore, he talked down to us. When I pushed for more details he acted like it was a bother. He is just not a pleasant man to work with.
