Their incompetence and greed will come to and end as we are looking to file a class action lawsuit against them and what they have done to countless residents of HOAs in Las Vegas. John Leach should be disbarred he is the bottom of the barrel SCUM!! He created a false ledger and embezzled over 13,000.00 from my 87 year old mother. When decided to sell the house after he became the an accountant for the HOA. My mother would walk in give the payment on check form get a receipt and John Leach would never cash the checks claiming my 87 year old mother never paid.He would then put liens on the property and fole false claims with th bank. We sold the house to get away from him and claimed that my mother owed him 10,000.00 in legal fees. He refused to take phones calls and she never received any bills from him or any notices of ever owing any money. There was ZERO proof. He is an outright CROOK who goes after the elderly. We have reported him to authorities and moving forward with exposing his bully and corrupt tactics. This firm refuses to tell my 79 year old father what he owes them to settle an issue due to the HOA not sending his bills to him due to 3 different management companies in under 2 years. They are scamming senior citizens for profit. It reminds me of the scandals in Las Vegas with HOA issues a few years ago. How can this firm not know what the total bill is? We had an architectural mediation with our lawyer, a mediator lawyer and Nicole Guralny who was there to represent John Leach. We made an agreement. They said they would get us a signed agreement by the end of the month. Not only did they not get us the agreement the HOA they are representing said an agreement never happened!!?!?!
