My son was charged with a very serious domestic violence case. Then there were allegations of sexual abuse of my granddaughter. My son was referred to Mr. Green. Mr. Green immediately took charge in the case. With Mr. Green's help, the sexual allegations were never filed and the domestic violence case was negotiated to a lower offense so that my son could keep his gun permit.
Mr. Green prevented me from having a federal felony conviction. He was instrumental in getting me into a diversion program which resulted in the dismissal of a bank fraud investigation against me. I will always be indebted to Mr. Green.
Mr. Green did a very poor job in representing me. Or not representing me. He did not use any evidence in my behalf as he said he’s lost most of it. I did not really understand what was going on the day. I was sentenced due to my brain injury I was supposed to have another Attorney, but Mr. Green changed his mind and came in to represent me or something like this week that. When I was sentenced, Mr. Green snuck away and no one knew where he went that was joked about to me when I was being processed in CCDC.
The mistakes made (even though they were brought to his attention) were un believable. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Bar Assoc. Be very careful about taking on this guy. Don't pay the price like I did. He doesn't even have an office. When I was with him he had one room and mostly did it in his car. He had no full time help. Please.......don't use him unless you want to go to prison for something you didn't do.
