Hired Attorney Betsy Allen

Guys, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. If you need a lawyer for post-conviction relief or to get something vacated, Betsy is the one you want. I seriously called about 80 attorneys in Las Vegas because I was desperate, and around 75 of them either said no or didn’t want to take my case. Not even joking. Out of the few who were willing to talk, picking Betsy was a no-brainer. She knows exactly what she’s doing—it’s like she does this stuff every day without breaking a sweat. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
