It was a year after our accident and no one from this firm had contacted us. We finally called his office to get updates on our cases. The staff was very inexperienced staff with a high turnover rate. We were left on hold time and again with no updates. We have left message after message after messages and tried to set up meetings with this attorney. He does not work in our best interest. Kelly Huang does NOT return phone calls. To this date he still has NOT settled our cases.
My husband was in an accidental back in November of 2016 my daughter got her cased settled back in September of 2018 but because we moved and didn't let their office know because they moved from Bonanza and we didn't have any information on this case he has been in treatment since November of 2016 getting epidural in his back and neck and had to use his insurance mind you that this case is settled and he still has not gotten payed I called my personal lawyer he says call bar association on him
