She was very sympathetic to the injuries I sustained in my accident, and she quickly and efficiently responded to emails and phone calls. I can’t really rate yet so I rated to what I have experienced so far. I’ve only received 1 call from the assistant so when I actually talk to an attorney I will do another survey and rate them from my experience.
Jessica Goodey was sub par in my estimation in every area possible. Her communication and follow up was virtually non existent. I had to constantly reach out to her numerous times to get a response and it would then be incomplete. She would then give me a time frame when she would get me the info and then completely ignore it and I'd start having to track her down again. I can only speak from my experience but she was a total disappointment and someone I'd NEVER use again.
