Hired Attorney

Mr Marchese was assigned as my court appointed counsel on 10/01/25. On 10/02/25, I sent him a detailed email outlining why he needed to immediately withdraw as my attorney: he had a 2015 letter of reprimand from the Nevada BAR in which he admitted his guilt, also, he had a number of very disturbing and negative public reviews regarding his poor to nonexistent service/representation, and a September 26, 2025, civil rights case filed in PACER (Reyes v Marchese) exposing his utter lack of advocacy for his client. A few hours later he emailed that he was going to withdraw. I sent him an email this morning requesting he tell me IN WRITING the lawful reason why he was refusing to file my JOINDER by noon today. Do you think he answered that email or my text messages or my phone calls? No. You might want to get your head examined if you ever consider dealing with this man because he was also alerted to the fact that my son needs ongoing medical care that he could have cared less about.
