Hired Attorney

Hired in March 2016 to resolve situation with two attorneys. Matter involved ethics, $250,000 civil lawsuit & disputed fees. Jim didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear instead he provided practical legal advice. Jim was strong during negotiations yet was able to foster cooperation. Strong interpersonal skills enabled Jim to work with varied personalities. His relationships in Vegas helped resolve issues outside of court. Case unresolved since 2014- got quick dismissal. Very pleased with service.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
