An experienced litigator, Mr. Jimmerson focuses his practice on high stakes civil litigation. Whether the matters at issue concern complex commercial disputes, catastrophic injuries, or high net worth divorce, Mr. Jimmerson has successfully represented his clients during all phases of such litigation. Indeed, Mr. Jimmerson has tried several cases to judgment and has successfully defended such results on appeal.
In addition to his experience as a litigator in private practice, Mr. Jimmerson has served as corporate counsel for several businesses, including representing the Sugar Factory restaurant group as its General Counsel. In so doing, Mr. Jimmerson has assisted his clients with matters involving corporate governance, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and litigation management.
Mr. Jimmerson routinely contributes to legal scholarship, having authored chapters in multiple legal treatises and publications. For several years, Mr. Jimmerson has served as an author and editor to the Nevada Civil Practice Manual.
