Goldsmith & Guymon, established in 1996, is the largest female-owned law firm in Nevada.

The law firm of Goldsmith & Guymon, P.C. was established in 1996. The Firm is committed to providing quality legal services, as well as prompt professional attention to its clients. We are also supporters of the community in delivering pro bono services to those who cannot afford proper representation and actively participate in bar related activities, including bar leadership at both the local and state level. The Firm was awarded the honor of Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year twice since 2001 (2001 and 2006) by Clark County Legal Services. In 2003, the Clark County Bar Association recognized the Firm for its community involvement and awarded it the Ambassador Award. In both 2007 and 2008, Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada formerly know as Clark County Legal Services, recognized the Firm for accepting more pro bono cases than any other law firm in Clark County. In 2011 the founders of the firm were named pro bono attorneys of the year.

An Extremely professional Attorney. One who KNOWS about seniors and Guardianships. She also has the expertise to delve into the problems that arise and is very professional in all aspects of her profession.A larger percentage of cases don't exactly go as smoothly as you would like but in all cases, Dara has always been honest with us and fair. We have learned to trust in her very sound judgement in all cases.

As a former CEO of a large corporation I have worked with many lawyers, personally and professionally, almost always to my disappointment. Dara Goldsmith may be the finest attorney I have ever had the good fortune to retain. In a complex situation that demanded immediate action, she implicitly understood the legal elements, provided excellent counsel and a winning strategy. Dara Goldsmith Goes above and beyond for her clients. She has battled for me and fought for me through my entire probate. Without Dara I have no idea where I would be. This woman is amazing when it comes to her knowledge in law and her compassion for her Client. I would recommend Dara to anyone looking for an attorney that wont steer you wrong.

I tried acquiring a loan but was turned down severally because of my credit history; I had a poor credit score caused by negative items on my credit report, I had late payments, collections, unpaid debts and hard inquiries.
