Hired Attorney Travis N. Barrick

Travis is a down earth regular person. He has a way about him to make his clients feel comfortable from the common man to the CEO of a prestigious company. He took my case, (motorcycle injury) , against some heavy odds and through perseverance and dedication to his trade won. I have dealt with attorneys in the past who promise things they are incapable of producing and offer false hope. Mr. Barrick is a straight forward down to earth person who will give you the best representation for the money. I have Ben riding for over 50 years so I think I know what I'm talking about. Hired Attorney Mr Michael Welker

Attorney Mike Welker of Gallian, Welker, & Beckstrom and his paralegal CB did a fantastic job with my case. I am a homeless veteran, and I got hit by a car in St. George while pedaling my bicycle. The driver was cited. I needed surgery on the tendon on my left big toe. I got the surgery and some cash. Now I can train to box, run, ride my bicycle again etc. Thank You Mike and CB.

After my father had committed suicide, me and my two siblings were at an impasse and did not know what to do. Unfortunately, our father did not leave behind any kind of will or trust (which I highly recommend everyone to get). This created countless arguments over assets. Without Russell Gallian, we would have never been able to close my father's estate and leave with as much as we did. He was able to sensitively handle our case and made sure that it was done quickly. Would recommend to anyone!

Hired Attorney Mr Michael Welker

Mike and his staff were always on hand to answer any questions or concerns I had in regarding the adoption of my son. My husband is the biological father but my son's biological mother gave up custody when the two of them dissolved their marriage. Although she gave her blessing for me to adopt my son, she never had signed the necessary papers for the final step. She had disappeared. Mike and his staff worked night and day to track her down and get the proper signatures needed.

I first met Mr. Barrick in July 2013, I am in a whirl wind with the VA for the DIC claim on my husband, He is a very personable attorney, which you don't find to often now a days. He has taken the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, as well as walk me through the long dragged out process of the VA. I am able to phone Mr.. Barrick with any questions or concerns and he actually takes the time to help. I would recommend him to anyone who gets into the whirl wind of a Government.

Worst experience ever. Britt Beckstrom called me in to go over things before divorce mediation and had nothing in his file. Very unprofessional and unprepared. He charged me nearly $400 to ask me the same questions he had asked at our $100 consultation. He loudly open mouth chewed candy and pastries through mediation and didn't follow up on paperwork that was supposed to be filed as part of the divorce agreement. Then I was charged to file it myself and for the follow up phone call re: HIS error

If you’re looking for a lawyer look elsewhere. Mike Branum is definitely not the guy to go to. He is two faced. He will act like he cares to your face then go behind your back and talk bad about you to opposing counsel. He is unprofessional and a liar. We hired a new attorney and he acted so surprised about many things that were brought up to his attention. Ended up finding out a lot of the thing he said and were told to him that were never once mentioned to us. I would recommend everyone to save their money and look elsewhere.
