Hired Attorney Michael Flaxman

I hired Michael after realizing my first attorney was not up to the job of dealing with a contested divorce. Opposing counsel and my husband showed stubbornness, willingness to ignore legal precedent/laws in Nevada and a desire for costly litigation/trial. Michael not only listened to me, he truly heard me and acted on what was important to me, not only as a client but as a person. I found Michael to be wicked-smart with a great sense of humor. You will feel like you have not only an attorney but a friend by your side in what can be a dark period of your life. Attorney Flaxman is very responsive via phone and email. His billing is more than fair. I believe I received much more than I paid for. He also accomplished what I thought was impossible. He was able to broker a fair settlement mere weeks before trial. Because of how the settlement was structured, I am fully free to live my life without worries or loose ends. I highly recommend attorney Michael Flaxman

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
