Hired Attorney

Mr. Penny is by far the best Attorney in Las Vegas! I really made a mistake in my life that I would never do again and let's just say I was going to be going to prison for a very long time. Mr. Penny saved the day I didn't end up doing very much time at all (every other lawyer said I would be going away for years!) Mr. Penny fought for me and hiring him was the best decision I have ever made in life. And he was even reasonable with fees. But either way what is your freedom worth....

Derrick S. Penny is a brilliant lawyer but if you want good services you have to contact him. My experience with Penny was great he knows the circumstances of each situation and how to handle situations.

mr. penney is an amazing attorney. he knew his business, came to visit me in jail for a consultation ON HIS BIRTHDAY! i've recommended him to several friends, a few of which have hired him and also been extremely pleased with his services. he WILL keep you out of prison on his end.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Penney was very unprofessional and confrontational discussing this matter. Communication was difficult as he did not return phone calls, when Mr. Penney was reached I was told he mailed a letter with no response and then said it was an e-mail with no response. I was then told I must pay attorney fees again at an increased rate from what I paid the first time. What happened to customer service and pride in what you do?

Sorry but this disgruntled former client ("FC") would not provide the needed paperwork to complete the work. FC rarely called & never left a direct number making it impossible to reach FC who refused to pay the reduced rate offered to complete everything.
