My experience with Dawn Lozano was nothing short of a nightmare. I am compelled to share my story to help others avoid this attorney. I initially hired Dawn during an incredibly difficult period, hoping for professional guidance and representation. Unfortunately, what I received was a series of unprofessional and unethical actions that left me not only without the support I desperately needed but also financially drained after spending $2,885 including a consultation fee she made me pay before getting any sort of advice which was reasonable because I respect others time. I paid the agreed-upon full amount upfront, believing this was a necessary step to ensure a solid defense. However, this decision quickly proved to be a grave mistake. The attorney made only 2 court appearances on my behalf and then withdrew from the case with no clear explanation only to send a letter months later saying that the court had referred the matter back to the Public Defender’s office, but there was no f
