He listened thoroughly to my situation and gave me sound advice with regard to my options for my financial situation. Should have been a better value for the work done
Mr. Winterton was recommended to me by a family member. My siblings and I needed an attorney to help us when my father died without a will. We had no way of knowing then what we know now. The probate process is incredibly complicated in the state of Nevada. In my opinion Mr. Winterton was difficult to work with and seemed to be out of his element when handling our case. My father died on Father's Day 2023. It is now Veteran's Day 2025 and my siblings and I still aren't done with the process of finalizing my father's estate. Severely disappointed with the experience of working with Mr. Winterton.
Mr David failed to respect attorney obligations on the relationship between Plantiff and the Defendant. He is an attorney that has no manners, want to win even if he knows illegal. I started processing his actions to federal court and to Attorney Board Nevada. In my opinion he is a disgrace of Attorney World and she should be send one more time to school. There are over 20 complaints about him at Attorney Board Nevada. My complaint will be number 21, and I pray the Attorney commission will consider he go to far.
