David A. Markman, originally from Modesto, California, where he grew up playing football, wrestling, and kickboxing, pursued higher education at Michigan State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Finance in 2007. He continued his studies at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2011. During law school, David gained valuable experience through externships at the Las Vegas City Attorney’s Office and with the Honorable Douglas Smith of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada.
After graduating, David focused on insurance defense but grew disillusioned with how insurance companies treated injured individuals. This led him to join a major personal injury firm in Las Vegas, where he played a key role in recovering millions of dollars for clients. Motivated by his experiences, David decided to establish his own law firm to better serve those affected by insurance companies and other powerful entities.
A member of the Nevada State Bar, David has represented clients in various courts, including the Nevada Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit. Notably, he was counsel in a class action lawsuit against Zuffa LLC, securing a multi-million dollar settlement.
