Hired Attorney

Dara Goldsmith Goes above and beyond for her clients. She has battled for me and fought for me through my entire probate. Without Dara I have no idea where I would be. This woman is amazing when it comes to her knowledge in law and her compassion for her Client. I would recommend Dara to anyone looking for an attorney that wont steer you wrong.

An Extremely professional Attorney. One who KNOWS about seniors and Guardianships. She also has the expertise to delve into the problems that arise and is very professional in all aspects of her profession.A larger percentage of cases don't exactly go as smoothly as you would like but in all cases, Dara has always been honest with us and fair. We have learned to trust in her very sound judgement in all cases.

As a former CEO of a large corporation I have worked with many lawyers, personally and professionally, almost always to my disappointment. Dara Goldsmith may be the finest attorney I have ever had the good fortune to retain. In a complex situation that demanded immediate action, she implicitly understood the legal elements, provided excellent counsel and a winning strategy. She provided continual feedback and her staff were as caring and responsive as she is. She the "gold standard" of lawyers.
