My goal is to make your estate secure and to make you and your heirs very happy that you hired us, both now and in the years to come. I live and work in Las Vegas, Nevada with my wife and daughter. I have two older daughters as well. When I am away from the office, I enjoying spending time with my family, playing tennis and basketball, running, weight lifting, skiing, scuba diving, traveling, reading, and watching movies.

Hired Attorney

As a new widow, I needed an Estate Planning Attorney to help me make good decisions about what to do with the assets my husband and I worked so hard to accumulate. I needed someone I could trust and depend on to look out for my best interests. I needed someone who was knowledgeable, creative and passionate about the law and honest about what he had to offer. And, I needed someone of good moral character that I could respect and like as a person. Daniel V. Goodsell, Esq. fulfilled all of the above. He patiently listened and helped me refine my thoughts concerning the best way to create a Charitable Trust that would provide financial support to a underserved, and often neglected, patient population, along with their caregivers. And, knowing that he (and/or his Law Firm) would continue to be there in my absence to support my Trustee and Advisory Committee Members, gave the peace of mind that I was looking for. I highly recommend him as a Trust and Estate Planning Attorney.
