Damon A. Schuetze

I had a bad motorcycle accident, and interviewed a number of attorneys that claimed to be motorcycle accident specialists. But they weren't. They advertised they were, most didn't even know how to ride a motorcycle. Damon is a racer and a riding coach, and lives and breathes motorcycles. I went with his firm and had a great experience, they got the other side's policy limits for me, and my own insurance policy limits, even though the other side was trying to say it was my fault. They always communicated with me and answered all my questions. I have referred friends to Damon as well and they were happy with the firm as well.

Damon has continually gone above and beyond for me starting with a small personal injury case and now with a much larger case involving a ride share. He exceeded my expectations on the first case so much that I came back with this newer case an am equally grateful for the care and attention I have received. His entire team has gone above and beyond from answering calls and texts to updates and authentically making sure I am ok. I felt like I had made a family with his firm, which was great.

I do believe Damon is a good attorney however we had a bad experience and I feel that once the firm realized there was little to no money involved , the firm lost interest in the case. There was poor communication and calls went un-returned. I had a conference call SCHEDULED, and again, they couldn't make it for the SCHEDULED conference call. They were to represent my son in court for a fine and they didn't, instead they showed up in court and represented somebody else with the same name.
