In order to expand and market his services, this law firm offers the services of handling basic traffic violation tickets gratis with the expectation that more business will be generated as a result of the client's needs. The tickets for the most part are either dismissed by the judge for very minor complaints and for moving offenses are usually converted to non-point infractions involving a nominal fee to the courts.
