Cesar represented us when we were charged with trafficking due to my purse being found in a public restroom in Mesquite NV. with more than 2 g. Of Heroin inside. He assured me on our first meeting that Mesquite PD. We're terrible with procedure and hed check the police report for errors. Several days later after we retained him My partner told me that if he watched the body cam footage he'd see they didn't read him his rights until AFTER he was arrested, booked, charged and had spent the night in jail.! I IMMEDIATELY called Cesar and his response was " well but you guys are guilty, You had the drugs in your purse right? it's not the worst thing f you have to get clean now" We spent 14k on this guy. not only that he was in the middle of a political campaign and set out our case for months later. Then the incoming DA did not honor the proposed offer from the other D. A plea to possession with 1 yr probation . We got 3 & 5 yrs probation with a SUSPENDED sentence!! Awful 😤
