Hired Attorney

Attempted to push class action although on two separate clients sought his services. Tried utilizing unlicensed expert for case. Sought counsel based on Standard of Care. Reported Epstein to NV Bar and Expert Contractor's Board. Was nonresponse/evassive to questions. Used me as a means to obtain other homeowners for class action. Stated over phone/not in writing that he wasn't sure if firm would proceed with case w/ less than 10 clients. Wasted 7 mos. of my time. Admits fault in rebuttal.

Hired Attorney

Brad Epstein wasted 6 months of my time regarding a Construction Defect case. I'm a Plaintiff. Brad's excuse was that if he didn't have 10 clients then he might not represent me. Or my neighbors. Brad was really out of touch with the case. Weak follow through. His experts were questionable. And inconsistent. In 6 months Brad had never filed a motion on behalf of my case in particular. His actions/lack thereof are really evident.
