I was stuck in a lawsuit in Nevadas jurisdiction. My business was in Georgia. The plaintiffs company has many lawsuits active against unknowingly defendants like my company. Then came Jeff Bendavid to represent me and thank God for him along with Stephanie and Leilani.. this law firm is smart , efficient, and most of all decent professionals. They don’t over bill nor drag things out . In short Jeffrey Bendavids firm are STRAIGHT SHOOTER’S. I‘be been in business for 43 years. Not my first trip around the track. Hire Jeff if you want desired results. I’ll think twice about lawyers jokes.
predatory is the best word to describe this guy. his billing practices are simply fraudulent. he charged me 26 hours at 500 an hour to do a simple 1300 square foot lease. he charged 10 hours to review a lease out for signatures and to answer basic questions. don’t fall for the charade. I do not recommend him unless you’re looking to get ripped off.
