This is my 3rd accident in 12 years, none my fault. Troy handled this last accident and I wish he'd handled them all. It was settled in less than 2 years from the date of accident, he kept his fees low and always conducted business pleasantly and professionally. The insurance company for other driver lied about coverage, claiming minimum. Troy required a certified copy of the policy and found he had much higher limits. He got me the maximum amount available and I would recommend him to all.

Matt Hoffman was horrible. Bad temper. "IF" you do not agree with the settlement amount Matt is presenting to you, Matt becomes rude and demanding and begins to state... 'I used to be an Arbitrator', if you dont accept this offer my fees go up to 40% and you will get less!!! Word per word. SHOCKED? YES! But what can you do once youve signed your rights, case away to Matt Hoffman?!?. Even his assistant when she went to hand me my settlement check stated, 'we should NOT have settled your case'.
