I dont usually write reviews, but in this case she deserves praise. I have hired attorneys here and there for court appearances only, and they barely knew my name. I finally hired Alyssa Aklestad to deal with my case and get it all taken care of once and for all, she completely walked all over the opposing attorney and best of all the Judges like and respect her because she doesn't mess around and she knows her business!, and of course the opposing attorneys will not want to get back in court with her ever again!. If you want to come out of court a winner! then hire Alyssa! in my case, my daughter is the one who came out the winner here.

I was charged 3000 for income and assets and debts that I did a lot of work on but I guess the paralegal needed 15 hours when it took me 1 hour but instead of having a 2nd meeting she just charged me because they new I might cancel my divorce. They seemed eager to take themselves off as attorney before the court date which I attended on my own . They ask for a ton of paperwork and then charge a ton to go through it, even if you submit things to help. They were nice until I asked about the billing then they both blamed me. I don't believe this Law office provides 5 stars and I think the good reviews are fake. I got a final bill and told the attorney about my intentions on the review and she said i didn't mention I was overcharged which insults my intelligence because she obviously knew it and did nothing to to provide a small refund or apologize. I waited until the holidays were over to address it as a courtesy. You are better off doing the work yourself upfront if you use this law of
Worst FAKE state attorney in the world. Refused to help a DISABLED SINGLE MOTHER after a state of Nevada court judge appointed her twice to represent me, a disabled single mother, in my case to regain custody of my son. Alyssa Aklestad should NOT be practicing law in the state of Nevada or any state what so ever! How is it possible she can refuse to represent a case which a STATE OF NEVADA JUDGE appointed her twice??????? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS “WOMEN“ If she can’t have the guts to attend court on behalf of a disabled single mother what guts does she have to defend ANYONE IN COURT. I’d call her one very scared fake attorney WHO IS SCARED TO GO TO COURT. No wonder why she is a state attorney, women should work at McDonalds, or go back to school and pick a new career! Definitely should NOT be practicing law if she is scared to go to court! Get a new job, because obviously law is NOT YOUR STRONGEST ATTRIBUTE! Scared little cat!!!!!
