Aaron Dean was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable in assisting me in an eviction case and how to proceed with other legal matters involving my tenants. I had lots of difficulty involving eviction and property laws, Aaron was determined and experienced. I would highly recommend Aaron if you need a fast and reliable attorney! Will definitely call him again if I ever need him
Highly recommend Aaron Dean! He was always prepared, professional and had excellent communication throughout the entire case. Very satisfied with the Deal Legal Group and will without a doubt contact him again when necessary.
Aaron was able to expedite my matter right away and I didn't even have to hire him. We just met once with an hour consultation regarding my case. He was very professional and compassionate. Great service.
Aaron is excellent, knowledgeable, trustworthy. He took care of my case, and won it in court. I was very satisfied with his service. I would recommend him to friends and family.
Aaron is exactly the attorney I was looking for. Ethical, responsive, smart, knowledgeable about his field, fiercely loyal to his client (me), and reasonably priced. As an attorney myself, I know quality when I find it, and Aaron is it.
Great service. Took my company from Utah into Nevada. Was fast and very knowledgable.
As a landlord, I was pleased with the team's professionalism. I was skeptical initially but I'm glad I hired them. We got a favorable decision from the court which I accredit to Aaron's extensive knowledge of the law.
I hired Aaron for an eviction case and he took great care of me. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend him.
Aaron Dean, Esq., in my view, has repeatedly misused the eviction process against me, filing three separate proceedings that I believe were retaliatory in nature—coinciding precisely with my formal complaints about toxic water contamination in a high-rent apartment ($4,900/month) and repeated demands for basic habitability. In my opinion, Dean is enabling a disturbing cover-up. Rather than acknowledging or investigating documented safety hazards, he has—based on my experience—helped shield them from scrutiny. These include: EPA-certified test results showing E. coli, coliform, and multiple carcinogenic substances in my drinking water Testimony and legal documents from the HOA confirming chronic HVAC failures, corroded plumbing, and structural defects Evidence that aligns with violations of Nevada law, including NRS 118A.390 (right to habitable premises) and NRS 118A.510 (protection against retaliation)
Would not ever work with them again. Felt ripped off and had to take them to court. I highly recommend and suggest you look hard at other options. My experience was really not a good one. It was actually quite bad.
