If you have mr. Grigsby on your team your sure to win. This gentleman went above and beyond to help me get custody of my daughter. His experience and knowledge in the field I would say is unmatchable. I didn't think I had a chance to get my daughter and within a month or so he had my daughter back to me safe and sound. I got turned away by a couple of other firms mr. Grigsby listened to my case told me what to do and what not to do and sure enough I had primary custody of my daughter rather quickly. He also took care of cps which if you have never had to deal with them you don't realize how difficult they can be to deal with one call from mr. Grigsby and I didn't hear from them again. I would highly recommend this firm especially mr. Grigsby. Thank you sir. Thomas Nichols
Trying to reach him for discussion was often impossible or considerably delayed.
Wish I could submit a NEGATIVE star rating: bottom line, I DO NOT RECOMMEND! in my option, based on facts, the fact this “attorney” has a license still, is BEYOND ME! Please do your due diligence before considering this as an option. Our family’s experience in a juvenile court case has been deeply concerning. As of February 9, 2026: • No discovery materials have been provided. • No case preparation meeting has occurred. • No explanation of charges or potential exposure has been given. • Repeated calls have gone unanswered. • The minor’s mother has not been able to schedule a meeting. • A hearing is approaching without any case strategy being discussed. Additionally, inconsistent business address across multiple online platforms, making it unclear which location is correct. This review reflects our direct experience and a complaint with the Nevada bar is being submitted

He’s a very unprofessional, violently aggressive, scumbag of a lawyer who lie. Don’t trust this man to represent you. Save your money and go elsewhere. He doesn’t know how to talk to or for people. He doesn’t not represent his clients well and his lack of communication and research will have his client lose their case. Stay far away from this scam of a lawyer.
