Hired Attorney Charles McElhinney

Mr. McELHINNEY got my son out of some real serious trouble, to the extent he was looking at prison time and it was unwarranted. Bad police investigation almost sent my son to prison, thank God Mr. McELHINNEY is the attorney that he is. Needless to say everything came out ok because of excellent representation. My family and I owe a debt of gratitude that is immense to this man, God bless him.

Mr. McEhlinney showed a troubling lack of professionalism, outsourcing work with little communication, producing no meaningful results, and demonstrating clear conflicts of interest. His history reflects ongoing misconduct and unpaid obligations, and he often responds to criticism with intimidation rather than accountability. One only need look at the peer reviews by other attorneys to understand why you should refuse his council.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
